With over 40 years of experience as a commercial real estate advisor, I bring broad and in-depth knowledge of the property market. Drawing on that experience and an extensive network, I help businesses, investors and property owners make important property decisions.

I specialise in acquiring and leasing commercial property, including business premises, offices and shops, for clients’ own use or as investments. I advise and support my clients throughout the process: from setting a strategy and selecting suitable properties to negotiations and the final contract.
I also provide advice and support on existing leases and guide clients through renegotiations. I consider both their current position and their longer-term interests and options.
Personal attention, independent advice and a focus on results are central to my approach. My experience helps me identify opportunities and issues early and provide practical, carefully considered property advice.
